1. The Honorable Teresa Hill (KY)
Vice
Chairman, Kentucky Public Service Commission
Governor Ernie Fletcher appointed Teresa J. Hill as vice chairman
of the Kentucky Public Service Commission on August 5, 2005.
Her term ends June 30, 2009.
Before her appointment to the PSC, Ms. Hill served on Governor
Fletcher's executive staff as Executive Director of Boards and
Commissions. She previously served in the Fletcher administration
as executive director of legal services in the Commerce Cabinet.
Prior to entering state government, Ms. Hill was a partner
in the law firm of Brown & Hill, PLLC in Corbin, where she practiced
primarily in the areas of real estate, banking, business transactions,
and employment law. She is a member of the Whitley County, Kentucky
and Energy Bar Associations, and is admitted to practice law
in all courts in Kentucky, as well as the United States District
Court in Eastern Kentucky.
Before beginning her legal career, Ms. Hill was news director
at WCTT-AM/FM in Corbin, and editor of The Corbin News-Journal
and The Whitley Republican.
Ms. Hill has served Corbin and Whitley County as a member
of the Whitley County Solid Waste Advisory Board and the March
of Dimes Steering Committee. She was the first woman member
of the Corbin Rotary Club and is president and founding director
of the Willard Farris Scholarship Fund, which awards a scholarship
to a graduating senior from Corbin High School.
Ms. Hill currently serves on the National Association of Regulatory
Utility Commissioners (NARUC) Gas Committee, and on the board
of directors of the American
Public Gas Association Security and Integrity Foundation (SIF).
Ms. Hill holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Salmon P. Chase
College of Law at Northern Kentucky University, where she was
on the board of editors of the Northern Kentucky Law Review
and a member of the Inns of Court. She attended Stephen F. Austin
University in Nacogdoches, Texas, on a basketball scholarship
and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Political
Science from Morehead State University.

5. George Bronson

George
Bronson is the director of Natural Gas and Wastewater Utilities
in Winfield, Kansas, the largest municipal gas system in the
state with 5500 customers. He has been involved with the gas
industry for 28 years, 17 of those with municipal systems. George
has been an APGA Board Member for three years and is the Chair
of the Government Relations Committee.
George received the Kansas Municipal Utilities Edgar P. Showalter
Award in 2003.

7. Bert Kalisch
President & CEO, American Public Gas Association
Bert Kalisch
is President and Chief Executive Officer for the American Public
Gas Association, the non-profit trade organization representing
America's publicly owned natural gas utilities. Bert also serves
as the President and CEO for the APGA Research Foundation, the
APGA Insurance Group, and the APGA Security and Integrity Foundation.
Since 1994, Bert has worked on numerous policy issues affecting
pipeline safety, energy markets, energy efficiency, and other
matters relating to the natural gas industry. Prior to joining
APGA in 1999, he served as Senior Counsel and Director for the
American Gas Association in its Government Relations Section.Before
entering into the energy industry, Bert practiced law in Northern
Virginia.
Bert received a JD from George Mason University, an MS in Business
Administration from Boston University, and a BA in General Science
and Environmental Studies from Coe College.He holds both the
Certified Association Executive and Institute for Organization
Management designations, the only two certifications for association
professionals.
Bert lives in Alexandria, Virginia, with his wife, Eleni, and
their two cats— Harry and George.
8. Ben Andrews

Ben
Andrews is a Past Chairman of the American Public Gas Association
and General Manager of the Oak Ridge Utility District. He began
his public career as the elected mayor of his home town, Spring
Hill, Tennessee, served as a City Manager and has managed three
gas systems over 20 years. He is active in National and State
legislative matters and serves as a member of the Federal advisory
committee on pipeline safety (Technical Pipeline Safety Standards
Committee).
He is a member of the American Public Gas Association, the
Tennessee Gas Association and the American Gas Association.
He is also very active in the Oak Ridge Chamber of Commerce
and is a Rotarian. The most successful thing he has done is
to convince Gayle to marry him 33 years ago. They have four
grown children.

11. David Lykken
Senior Pipeline Safety Engineer
Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission
Hired on as a Pipeline Safety Engineer with the Washington Utilities
and Transportation Commission beginning in January 2000. Has
held the position of Senior Pipeline Safety Engineer since May
2004.
Prior to the commission employed 20 years with Puget Sound Energy,
a local distribution gas and electric utility.
